NURSERY PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR Location: Woodbridge, IP13 Pay Rate: £14.40 per hour Join Our Growing Team! We are currently recruiting for an experienced Nursery Production Supervisor to join a well-established nursery specialising in Trees and Shrubs (Hardy Nursery Stock) .

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor who enjoys leading a small team while working outdoors in a rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a small production team while working alongside them.

Carry out daily nursery tasks including: Weeding Manual potting Pruning Training and tying plants Maintaining irrigation systems Assist with planning daily work schedules.

Manage stock using the in-house database.

Take responsibility for the nursery when required.

Welcome and assist customers when needed.

Skills & Experience ? Knowledge and experience of Trees & Shrubs (Hardy Nursery Stock) ? Previous experience leading or supervising a small team ? Good IT skills and confidence using databases ? PA1 & PA6 certificates are desirable but not essential ? Excellent communication skills with a good standard of English ?
