Post: Maintenance Manager (Fixed Term for 15 months to cover Maternity leave) Job Reference: RHA/MM/065 Closing Date:Friday 29th May 2026 at 5:00pm Location: Rural Housing Association, 2 Killyclogher Road, Omagh, Co Tyrone Salary: NJC Scale PT29 to PT35 (£39,862 £46,142) The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the development and delivery of the Associations maintenance service to provide a high-quality customer focus and cost-effective maintenance and improvement service to our tenants in relation to both preventative and response maintenance.

Essential Criteria includes: Relevant third level qualification 5 years proven Property Management experience with at least 2 of those at a supervisory level.

Proven track record in formulating and delivering programmes to performance targets, budget and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.

Strong proven procurement and contract management experience relating to the delivery of work programmes.
