Retail Team Leader - Beauty & Customer Experience

The Body Shop in Glasgow is seeking a Customer Consultant to support the Store Management team in delivering retail excellence, driving sales, and creating an engaging customer experience. You will help maintain store presentation and contribute to a brand activism-driven environment.

Responsibilities include handling customer concerns, assisting with merchandising, coaching team members, and participating in campaigns, with flexibility across weekdays, weekends and public holidays to meet
