Production Operative – Stroud

Location: Stroud
Hours: 10.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Thursday and 10.00am - 5.00pm Fridays

Rate: £13.50 per hour

First Base Employment has a requirement for a Production Operative to work with their client based in Stroud in one of their Production departments. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity.

Working on a day shift and reporting to the Production Manager, you will be involved in a wide range of processes, assisting with machine maintenance and operation, and actively contributing to various teams and initiatives within the Plant.

Key Responsibilities of a Production Operative:

* Operating machinery and ensuring proper maintenance

* Assisting with production processes and adhering to quality standards

* Actively contributing to team initiatives and improvement projects

* Reporting defects or issues promptly to supervisors

* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Key Skills of a Production Operative:

* Previous experience working in manufacturing

* Background in machine operation and production

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

* Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
