Healthcare Construction Quantity Surveyor

Project Quantity Surveyor Location: Office based at Cannock Staffordshire / visiting sites as required. Applewood Construction provide a quality Construction service, ranging from Fitout projects to new build projects, primarily to the hospitality sector and latterly bespoke housing projects for disabled/assisted living accommodation. Whilst Applewood Construction was only recently formed in 2019, the current team of 11 hold a wealth of industry & sector knowledge spanning over 35 years. With positive repeat business growth, Applewood are looking to build and develop the team and recruit a Project Quantity Surveyor. 3 to 5 years' minimum experience in the industry, as a Contractor’s or Sub-Contractor’s Project Quantity Surveyor you will offer a range of commercial services across a variety of Build sectors. As Project QS you will be responsible for all post tender aspects of a number of projects including preparing and agreeing final accounts, management of sub-contractors accounts and full financial management/control of each project including producing monthly cost/value reconciliations.
