Engineering Stores Manager Corby £30,000 + EOT Qualification + Company Benefits Are you an Engineering Stores Manager, Stores Supervisor or Stock Controller with experience in an engineering or maintenance environment, looking for a Monday to Friday role with the opportunity to gain an EOT qualification? This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company in a key position, overseeing the day-to-day running of the engineering stores and ensuring the engineering and maintenance teams have the parts, tools and equipment they need. You'll be responsible for keeping stock levels accurate and organised, managing incoming and outgoing materials and working closely with procurement, maintenance and suppliers. The role would suit someone with previous experience in engineering stores, technical warehousing or MRO stock control. The Role Managing the day-to-day operation of the engineering stores, including receipt, storage and issue of materials and spare parts Controlling stock levels, carrying out regular stock checks and investigating discrepancies Liaising with procurement, maintenance teams and suppliers to ensure parts are available when required Managing stores housekeeping, safety and security, while supervising and supporting stores staff The Person Previous experience in engineering stores, technical warehousing, inventory control or a similar environment Good knowledge of engineering, mechanical and electrical components or maintenance spare parts Experience using stock control, ERP or inventory management systems, with good Microsoft Office skills Organised and reliable, with the ability to manage stock, suppliers and a small team effectivelyRise Technical Recruitment Ltd acts an employment agency for permanent roles and an employment business for temporary roles.
