About the role

Create seeks an ambitious, strategic fundraising leader to drive income from trusts, foundations, the public sector and major donors. You will shape the fundraising strategy, secure core and project funding, and build lasting funder relationships as part of the Senior Leadership Team.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will manage a high‑performing grants team, write compelling proposals, and lead on donor stewardship. Hybrid working with two days in London office.
