Site Manager / Working Manager

We're looking for a Senior Site Manager to join our Construction team based on site in Rainham. Hours: Full time - 40 hours a week This is an exciting opportunity to lead construction projects with a value of up to £7m from start to finish. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of your assigned project, ensuring it's delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Working collaboratively with your team and stakeholders, you'll play a vital role in building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional results. As a Senior Site Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in delivering successful projects across various sectors. Leading and motivating site operational staff to ensure safe and effective project delivery Managing procurement, installation and commissioning activities across your project Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers Implementing project plans and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and health, safety and environmental requirements Monitoring project progress, quality and costs to maximise customer satisfaction and profitability This role of Senior Site Manager is great for you if: You hold a CSCS card and SMSTS qualification You have demonstrable experience in a site management role with a proven track record in the construction industry You have a proactive knowledge of health, safety and environmental management You're highly organised, IT competent, and understand construction methods, planning techniques and risk management Diversity and inclusion Our employees are key in shaping Kier's diversity and inclusion initiatives and our people have made a huge impact on how we work, by using their experiences to shape our policies.
