Onsite RF & Microwave Engineering Lead

Dover Corporation is seeking a Head of Technical Engineering in York, UK, to oversee RF and Microwave product development. You will join the site leadership team and drive MPG Europe’s technical direction while providing hands-on leadership.

This role requires strong experience in RF/Microwave engineering, filter design, and team mentorship. You will shape technical excellence throughout the product lifecycle and lead strategic initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
