Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider – Monday to Friday - Guildford Surrey £41,500

A fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated on a hospital site near Guildford , Surrey.  The successful candidate will be Mechanically biased (NVQ or C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out Mechanical and some minor electrical and fabric maintenance . This is a Monday - Friday role working 07:00-16:00 or 08:00-17:00.

The package will include:

Duties & Responsibilities of the role: 

Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
Chillers - Re-set
Water Treatment (Temperature checks
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replace taps etc
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
Emergency light testing
Basic Electrical duties
General fabric duties/making good 

Requirements

Mechanically / Plumbing qualified (C&G, NVQ etc)
A proven track record in Building Maintenance
Good Communication Skills.
Multi-Skilled - Mechanical / Electrical.
Knowledge of UPS / Generators / Power Distribution / HVAC / HV LV
Good Leadership & Management skills
