Provide visible, inspirational clinical leadership across the hospital. Lead governance, quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance, ensuring care exceeds national standards. Work closely with the senior leadership team, including Nursing and Clinical Services, to deliver strategic and operational objectives. Support recruitment, appraisal, development, and engagement of medical staff. Strong governance, patient safety, and quality-improvement knowledge.
