Candidates are required to demonstrate very strong experience of varied commercial real estate transactional work, managing real estate assets and running sales, disposals and leasehold transactions. The practice wins varied complex and sophisticated work for developer, lender and private investor clients across hospitality, retail and industrial. Work will frequently be based nationwide or have an international focus.
