You'll have ownership of complex cases and play an important role in delivering strong customer outcomes and effective credit stewardship.This is a role where you'll work closely with lending, underwriting and risk teams, giving you exposure across the full lending lifecycle. The business provides specialist lending solutions and is committed to responsible lending, professional development, and delivering excellent service to customers and intermediaries.Key Responsibilities • Manage a portfolio of bridging finance and refurbishment lending facilities throughout their lifecycle. • Monitor portfolio performance, construction progress, cashflow and early warning indicators to ensure effective credit stewardship. • Prepare credit proposals for facility amendments while maintaining compliance with lending policies. • Work closely with customers, brokers and internal stakeholders to deliver an efficient and high-quality lending experience.About You • Experience within property lending or development finance in a banking or property finance environment. • Strong knowledge of bridging finance and refurbishment lending. • Experience managing lending portfolios and supporting complex property finance transactions.If you'd like to find out more about this Portfolio Manager opportunity, we'd be pleased to have a conversation, even if your CV isn't completely up to date.
