It is now looking to strengthen its Corporate Team with a talented and commercially minded solicitor.Working closely with experienced partners and specialists, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including:Mergers and acquisitionsCompany restructures and reorganisationsShareholder agreementsJoint venturesCorporate governanceShare and asset sales and purchasesPrivate equity and investment transactionsThe role offers the opportunity to manage an independent caseload, while also supporting on larger and more complex transactions.
