Veterinary Surgeon - No out-of-hours duties (Hiring Immediately)

Veterinary Surgeon, Clifton Villa, Cornwall Clifton Villa Newquay and Truro, are seeking a new Veterinary Surgeon to become part of our supportive, clinically driven team where we are passionate in supporting your development, interests and your wellbeing! We also offer our own 24-hour hospitalisation and out-of-hours team so no OOH duties will be required with this role. We are passionate about high clinical standards and host regular team meetings, clinical discussions, in-house practical training and whole practice meetings. As well as enjoying our modern facilities, well equipped practice and a busy varied caseload. The role will suit an experienced GP Veterinary Surgeon. You will have the ability to adapt to varying client needs; managing expectations with an empathetic approach is a key aspect in ensuring our customer service excellence. We will gladly support those wanting to pursue a certificate. We have a Surgical and Exotics AP and Medical Cert Holder in the team already and an excellent team of nurses! This is a full time role working 40 hours a week, with time split between both sites and shifts scheduled between 7:45am and 7:15pm. The rota includes 1 in 6 full weekends at the Newquay site and 1 in 6 Saturday mornings at Truro, with time off in lieu provided. Some occasional sole charge will be required, and the team is seeking a confident individual who can hit the ground running, although flexibility can be considered for the right person. The position offers a salary of up to £65,000 depending on experience and strong support for further development.
