Job Title: Retail Supervisor Location: Dromore Contract: 40 Hours/ £14.50 Per Hour About Carnbrooke Carnbrooke is a proud, family owned business committed to local sourcing. Following the success of our 2,500 sq. ft Butchery & Food Hall in Lisburn, we opened our newest location in Dromore in 2022. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented, enthusiastic Supervisor to join our retail management team in Dromore. The Opportunity As a Supervisor, you are a vital part of our retail leadership. Youll support the Retail Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations and take the lead in their absence. We are looking for someone with a natural flair for teamwork, a positive outlook, and the confidence to think on your feet. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Motivate the staff to provide friendly, professional service and lead by example in food safety and stock management. Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards within the Food Hall, ensuring the store is ready to trade by being clean, tidy, and compliant with Health & Safety standards. Sales & Growth: Identify opportunities to drive sales in specific categories while proactively reducing wastage. Management Support: Prepare staff schedules, manage accurate ordering, and help oversee the training of new Retail Assistants. Security: Act as a key holder, responsible for opening/closing the store. About You: At least 1 year of experience in a busy retail environment, including supervisory or key-holding duties. Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to lead a diverse team. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
