Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

This leading main contractor has an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to head up a large new build hotel scheme in Cardiff on a temp-to-perm contract.

Our client is working on a 250-bed high-end hotel scheme, and they need a capable Lead Surveyor to assist the project alongside a team of surveyors, reporting into the commercial manager.

Applicants should have experience with projects in the hotel, commercial, or residential sectors, either with tier 1 developers or main contractors. A Quantity Surveying qualification is required, and candidates should have worked for leading construction companies during their careers.

To be considered for this position, you must have experience leading projects valued at £150M or more.
