Night Concierge

We are currently hiring for a Night Concierge to work on a luxury residential building based in East London. You will be delivering front of house support to residents and visitors throughout the shift, as well as ensuring the premises is secure.

Rota: 4on 4off, 7pm to 7am

Salary: £30,576 per annum

Duties:

• To provide a warm, courteous and prompt welcome on arrival for all residents and visitors to the Concierge Desk & Lobby.
• To anticipate any resident needs, follow up and ensure that the resident expectations are met and where possible exceeded.
• Attention to detail on all aspects of the job, whether it's resident service or maintaining and managing the building to the required immaculate level.
• To ensure that accurate log is maintained for residents and any of their visitors.
• Carry out routine building inspections on regular patrols and report any defects.
• Manage resident enquiries in person, over the telephone and via email.
• Control access to the building and ensure only authorised visitors are permitted onsite.
• Carry out regular internal patrols to maintain security and identify any maintenance or health and safety concerns.
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations, including water leaks and other building incidents, taking immediate action where required and escalating when necessary.
