The Quantity Surveyors Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working across a variety of restoration and residential projects, whilst delighting clients with professional customer service.
Alongside the delivery of the project, the new Quantity Surveyor will be required to perform an Employer's Agent role, visiting sites and joining meetings for the client.
The Quantity Surveyor will also be expected to complete delegated tasks to a high standard while consistently meeting project deadlines.
The Quantity Surveyor
Quantity Surveying degree or similar
Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment
Working towards becoming MRICS
Good pre and post contract knowledge
Commutable to Manchester
Ideally previous residential experience
EA/PM experience would be a bonusIn Return?
£40,000-£50,000
