Ignite are excited to be partnering with one of the UK’s fastest-growing food subscription brands to hire a dynamic Production Manager to lead their central kitchen. Following 300% YoY growth and a major investment into a new production site, this is a golden opportunity to join a mission-driven business at a pivotal moment in its journey.

You will be responsible for leading the kitchen production team, ensuring production is delivered safely, efficiently, compliantly and to the highest quality standard. You will combine operational leadership with food safety and quality ownership. xwzovoh This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing production teams, driving continuous improvement, maintaining audit readiness and supporting the growth of a fast-scaling food manufacturing business

What we are looking for:

Experience in food manufacturing or medium-scale food production

Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety systems and compliance.

Experience conducting audits and preparing for inspections

Proven management experience

Experience developing process improvements and the ability to research new ways of working
