ER & Operations Lead

ER & Operations Lead role within a professional services organisation, combining complex ER case management with HR operations. You'll coach managers, lead disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance cases, improve policies and processes, analyse people data, support governance and compliance activities, and contribute to culture, engagement and performance initiatives.
