The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of financial information while supporting wider business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting activitiesEnsure robust financial controls and balance sheet integrityPrepare and review management accounts and financial reporting packsSupport budgeting, forecasting and cash flow processesDeliver insightful financial analysis to support business decision-makingManage, mentor and develop members of the finance teamDrive finance process improvements and automation initiativesSupport audit, tax and statutory reporting requirementsBuild strong relationships with stakeholders across the businessAbout YouYou'll be an experienced finance professional with a strong technical accounting background and previous experience managing teams within a fast-paced environment.You will ideally possess:Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)Strong management accounting and financial reporting experienceExperience leading and developing finance teamsExcellent stakeholder management skillsStrong systems and process improvement mindsetAbility to operate effectively in a changing and growing organisation # - Christopher West
