You'll ensure fire safety works are delivered to the required standards, producing clear specifications to address fire risk assessment recommendations and mitigate risk across a range of buildings. You'll undertake building and technical surveys to assess condition, identify defects and evaluate risk, including across complex sites. You'll make informed recommendations for repair, improvement or new works, ensuring solutions are practical and risk-focused, and provide professional advice on construction regulations and best practice. NEBOSH Fire Safety, IFE, BM TRADA/FIRAS, RICS, IOSH or a related degree) and bring experience as a Fire Surveyor focused on quality and performance. Strong knowledge of fire safety legislation and the ability to ensure compliance with KPIs, policies and health & safety standards is essential.
