About the role
Rainbow Care Solutions is a long-established, CQC-registered home care provider with over 20 years experience helping adults live safely and independently at home. We deliver person-centred domiciliary, complex, live-in and supported living care, with reliable staffing and digital care planning to ensure safe, accurate and responsive support. In our Coventry office, we offer the same high-quality, compassionate service, working closely with families and professionals to provide dependable care in the local community.
About the role: Due to continued growth in our services, we are recruiting a
Care Coordinator
to help us deliver safe, person-centred care to our clients in
Coventry and Warwickshire surrounding areas . You will be responsible for:
Creating rotas and updating schedules to ensure safe staffing levels Scheduling and coordinating care visits Matching carers to clients based on skills, experience and needs Liaising with clients, families, and external professionals Supporting carers with day-to-day queries and problem-solving Ensuring care plans and records are accurate and up to date Participating in the on-call rota as required
About you: Were looking for someone who: Has proven experience in domiciliary (dom) care and/or care coordination Is highly organised and able to work under pressure Communicates clearly and compassionately Is confident using digital systems for rostering and care planning Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle Has the right to live and work in England Shares our commitment to high-quality, person-centred care What we offer: Private pension Supportive management and a friendly local team Ongoing training and development The opportunity to grow with an expanding organisation If youre ready to take the next step in your care career and support us as we grow in
