CNC Turner, Setter, Operator
- The Role We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner to set and operate our fleet of modern Mazak Quick Turn lathes.

You will work on low-volume, small-batch runs, producing complex, high-precision parts from a wide variety of specialist materials.

- Key Responsibilities Set and operate Mazak CNC turning centers using Mazatrol controls.

Interpret complex engineering drawings and geometrical tolerances.

Machine diverse materials (exotics, titanium, stainless steel, aluminum) to tight tolerances.

Inspect your own work using manual measuring equipment to ensure strict quality standards.

Collaborate with the programming team to optimize cycle times and tooling setups.

What We Look For Proven track record as a CNC Turner, Setter, and Operator.

Expertise with Mazatrol controls and Mazak Quick Turn machinery.

Strong ability to read, interpret, and work from technical engineering drawings.

Experience working to high-precision, close tolerances (micron level).

Background manufacturing components for Motorsport, Aerospace, or Medical sectors (preferred).
