- 3 days a week onsite and remainder home working Our client, a large public sector organisation, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join their team as a Head of Operational Excellence.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement consulting services to enhance operations efficiently and effectively within the corporate functions.
Collaborate with clients to identify challenges and opportunities within their operations.
Lead a team of Consultants and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure compliance and relevance in consulting practices.
Qualifications and Essential Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or related field Proven experience in working for a consultancy with a track record of success.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
NHS Experience is essential.
The successful candidate will need to be able to travel to meet key stakeholders across the UK, which will be reimbursed. xwzovoh
