Position: Maintenance Operative (Plumbing Biased)
Location: Hammersmith, West London
Salary: Up to £37,000
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

About the Role:

We are seeking a Maintenance operative with a strong background in Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial/residential building maintenance. This role involves carrying out plumbing & handyman duties at a number of presitigious sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Pipework (Steel, iron & copper)
Fixing leaks
Basic electrics
Carpentry repairs
Liasing with contractors
General Handyman maintenance.
Package & Benefits:

Competitive basic salary of up to £37,000
Overtime available
20 days annual leave + 8 Bank holidays (Increases to 25 days after 5 years of service)

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in residential and commercial environments
Level 2 in Plumbing (minimum) - Essential
Electrical Qualifications - Bonus but not essential
Proven track record in building maintenance & plumbing
Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
