Founding Engineer

Central London | Series A | Competitive Salary + Equity

We're Series A backed, already working with impressive technology companies, and now looking for a Founding Software Engineer to help shape the next stage of the product.

You'll work alongside a lean, highly technical team made up of former founders and founding engineers, with plenty of ownership and the opportunity to have a real impact from day one.

• Work on difficult problems across cloud infrastructure, distributed systems and AI
• High ownership - solve problems from first principles and actually ship
• Small, highly technical team with a very high engineering bar
• Language agnostic - Python, Go, Rust, Java, C++, C#, TypeScript or otherwise
• Work directly alongside experienced founders and senior engineers
• Use the latest AI-assisted development tools, including Claude and Codex
• Meaningful equity and genuine early-stage ownership

Strong software engineers with:

• Excellent engineering fundamentals with experience at product-focused companies
• Experience building and shipping production software
• Strong problem-solving ability
• A technical/academic background
• Curiosity and a willingness to work across different areas
• A bias towards building and shipping

Central London - 5 days in the office. Visa sponsorship available.
