Reference: DSQJ921957710_1788363230Solicitor - Personal Injury - Bristol - HybridAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor to join a well-established Personal Injury team in Bristol. The successful candidate will represent clients who have sustained serious and life-changing injuries, helping them secure the compensation and support needed to rebuild their lives.Manage a caseload of complex and high-value personal injury claims, including serious orthopaedic injuries, brain and spinal injuries, amputations, and polytrauma cases arising from road traffic accidents, workplace incidents, and public liability claims.Take ownership of matters from instruction through to settlement or trial, developing litigation strategies, liaising with clients and experts, and progressing claims efficiently to achieve the best possible outcomes.Handle claims often valued in excess of 1 million while providing technical guidance and support to junior colleagues and contributing to the ongoing success of the wider team.The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with proven experience in serious injury litigation, strong technical and organisational skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client care.In return, they will join a genuine family-feel culture where collaboration, support, and respect are at the heart of the team.
