Pay: £40,000.00 - £51,000.00 per year + 5% Approval Bonus + 10% ongoing bonus once approved. Salaries are postcode dependent.

Functional Assessor – PIP & WCA | Full-Time | Hybrid | Reading

Are you a registered healthcare professional seeking a rewarding career change? Join our team in Reading as a Functional Assessor, supporting both Personal Independence Payment (PIP) and Work Capability Assessment (WCA) services.

Your role: As a Functional Assessor, you’ll apply your clinical expertise to assess individuals applying for PIP and WCA benefits. You’ll produce clear, evidence-based reports that support fair and accurate decision-making, helping people access the support they need.
