Belcan Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Product Training Commercial Manager to join a leading global engineering and technology organisation supporting critical infrastructure and industrial sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the commercial performance of a well-established technical training portfolio, driving business growth, customer engagement, and revenue generation across both UK and international markets.

As Product Training Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial management of training products from initial marketing and sales activity through to proposal generation, project delivery support, invoicing, and performance reporting. You will work closely with technical training teams, sales functions, and international stakeholders to ensure training solutions meet market demand while achieving revenue and profitability targets. The role also involves benchmarking training services, developing pricing strategies, maintaining commercial frameworks, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction levels.

The successful Product Training Commercial Manager will have a strong commercial background combined with project management expertise and a customer-focused mindset. You'll gain exposure to global stakeholders, international projects, and a highly respected engineering environment where your commercial leadership will directly influence business success.

Essential Requirements:

Experience in a commercial contract management or customer-facing commercial role
Project management experience with responsibility for successful project delivery
Strong sales, marketing, and business development capabilities
Degree qualified, or equivalent experience, in a commercial, finance, engineering, or related discipline
Ability to travel internationally when required
