Proven experience in purchasing administration, including raising and processing purchase orders.A leading electronics manufacturing organisation are currently recruiting for a Procurement Coordinator on a full-time, permanent basis in Buckinghamshire.Role - Procurement Coordinator Type - PermanentLocation - BuckinghamshireKey responsibilities for the Procurement Coordinator will include and will not be limited to:Raise and manage purchase ordersKeep purchasing records and supplier details up to dateTrack orders and chase suppliers to keep deliveries on timeSpeak with suppliers about delivery dates, prices and stock availabilityHelp maintain accurate stock recordsKeep works order purchasing paperwork up to dateSupport the Purchasing and Stores teams with day-to-day adminKey skills and experience required for Procurement Coordinatorjob applicant and will not be limited to:Experience in purchasing or purchasing adminStrong organisation and admin skills; able to work to tight deadlinesClear communicator (written and verbal) and a good team playerConfident using Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook)Good understanding of purchasing admin processesElectronics manufacturing experience preferredPCB assembly knowledge helpful; global supply chain knowledge a plusTo apply for this Procurement Coordinator / Procurement Administrator / Purchasing Administrator / Purchasing Assistant / Purchasing Coordinator candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
