About the role
The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Site Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a busy construction site.
This is a critical role focused on ensuring the smooth running of site administration, document control, and coordination between site teams, contractors, and project stakeholders. The successful candidate will act as the central point of contact for all administrative activities on site.
Your duties and responsibilities will be:
Site Administration & Coordination
Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and site team.
Act as the main point of contact for visitors, contractors, and stakeholders.
Maintain site records, personnel registers, inductions, and attendance logs.
Coordinate meetings, site briefings, training requirements, and travel arrangements.
Manage day-to-day site administration, including IT requests, PPE, office facilities, and onboarding of new personnel.
Ensure the site office is fully operational and appropriately resourced.
Document Control
Maintain and manage project documentation in line with company procedures.
Control and distribute drawings, reports, permits, and technical documents.
Ensure documents are accurate, compliant, and readily accessible for audits.
Health & Safety Compliance
Support the administration of HSE documentation, inductions, and training records.
Maintain incident logs, permits, and compliance records.
Assist with site audits and regulatory requirements.
Commercial & Procurement Support
Raise purchase orders and track site deliveries.
Process invoices and liaise with finance teams.
Maintain records relating to site costs and budgets.
It’s great if you also have the following:
Proven experience in a site administration or site coordination role, ideally within construction, engineering, energy, manufacturing, or major infrastructure projects.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using document control systems and established administrative processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
A proactive and professional approach, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
