My client is looking for a Service Controller to be based at a flagship depot in Glasgow, Scotland.

Salary

Experience

The ideal candidate for this position would have an aftermarket or service background from the heavy machinery industries, with significant experience in a similar controller position, be highly organised and possess a passion for customer service

Role Information

The company require a Service Coordinator for the branch in Bristol. The role will function to manage the flow of service support for customers in the UK region, scheduling maintenance, organising parts and technicians, handling service enquiries, liaising internally, handling enquiries, strengthening customer relationships and supporting ongoing sales.
