This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale HR and SAP SuccessFactors programmes, partnering with clients to redesign HR operating models, enhance employee experience, and deliver innovative technology-driven solutions. You'll gain exposure to advisory, transformation, and implementation projects while working with senior HR, business, and technology stakeholders across a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of HR transformation programmes, helping clients develop future HR operating models, workforce processes, and employee experiences.
• Contribute to SAP SuccessFactors and broader HR technology initiatives, supporting solution design, implementation, and digital HR transformation projects.
• Work closely with HR, business, and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse challenges, and develop practical solutions.
