This is more than just tax—it's about shaping how people work globally. Deliver top-tier employment tax projects with technical excellence. Balance compliance work with strategic advisory projects. Help drive business growth by managing client relationships. Ensure we meet the highest quality and risk management standards. Experience of employment tax gained in consultancy, legal firm and/or large global corporate Working and technical understanding of key employment tax issues including: Employment Status (IR35 and self-employed) Payroll (PAYE, RTI, apprenticeship levy, audits) Pensions National Minimum Wage Dealing with HMRC, audits, disclosure Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills. Solid project management skills—meeting deadlines is your thing. Relevant qualifications (ATT, ACA, CA, ACCA, CTA, Law, or equivalent). Risk-awareness and attention to detail.
