This role is ideal for an experienced Early Years professional looking to take on a leadership position within the room, delivering high-quality education and care while supporting the wider team to maintain outstanding standards.
As a Lead Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in creating a safe, engaging, and inspiring environment where children can learn, develop, and thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
Lead by example, role modelling outstanding practice within the team
Support the implementation of a child-centred curriculum
Identify and maximise learning opportunities throughout daily routines
Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a supportive team environment
Ensure high standards of safeguarding, care, and wellbeing
Requirements
Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience working across all Early Years age groups
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for child development and care
