Area Sales Manager

Our well-established client in the Milling machinery sector, is recruiting for an Area Sales Manager to ensure sales target and profit margins are achieved, in both UK and Europe. The Area Sales Manager will report directly to the Technical Sales Manager and work together with Sales and Marketing Teams to share insights and significant information. You will be based at our clients Stockport site, and be happy to travel around the UK and Europe for 1 - 2 weeks per month, in order to grow new business, develop existing accounts and represent the company. Contact existing and lapsed customers, and visit on a regular basis Deal with customer enquiries including providing quotations as required Liaise with customers during projects, ensuring expectations are met Liaise with agents within the given territory and provide support, visiting when needed Liaise internally with Sales and Marketing staff Monitor marketing trends to ensure company is staying ahead of any competition Prepare and deliver presentations Prepare Sales Reports and visit plans Prepare and monitor annual sales budgets In return for your target driven enthusiasm and business growth, you will be rewarded with an excellent renumeration package, including an excellent basics salary and full in-house training, Profit share scheme (after probation period), defined pension scheme, 25 days holidays + stats + birthday leave!
