This role is focused on building long-term enterprise relationships across the maritime ecosystem, engaging with ports, terminals, logistics operators and related stakeholders to position solutions that support operational performance, efficiency, safety and resilience.
The business is open to a broader industry background than pure software or technology sales and is particularly interested in individuals with strong maritime domain expertise, commercial credibility and established industry networks.
The Impact You Will Have

To Be Successful in This Role
- Strong business development, commercial or strategic account growth experience within the maritime, ports, terminals, logistics or ship agency sectors.
- Deep understanding of terminal operations and the broader maritime ecosystem, ideally across dry bulk, liquids or multi-terminal environments.
- Well-networked across the EMEA maritime market with the ability to open doors and build senior stakeholder relationships.
- Experience selling or positioning complex services and solutions is advantageous, but pure SaaS or software sales experience is not essential.
- Comfortable operating across both commercial and operational discussions, with the credibility to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Structured, commercially minded and experienced managing complex sales cycles or strategic customer relationships.
What Is on Offer
Alongside a highly competitive package, this opportunity offers the chance to join the business at a pivotal stage of growth with genuine visibility and influence across the commercial organisation.
You will have direct exposure to senior leadership, autonomy in how you approach the market and the opportunity to build a highly visible regional presence within the Ports & Terminals sector.
