About the Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our adult residential services supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. This is a highly rewarding leadership role where you will take full accountability for the service, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and person-centred care while driving performance, staff engagement, and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in shaping a positive culture where both colleagues and the people we support can thrive.
