Overview
A leading Microsoft Partner is looking for a high‑performing D365 BC Business Development / Sales Consultant to drive new business, build strong client relationships, and grow pipeline across the Dynamics 365 Business Central and wider Microsoft ecosystem. This role suits someone who knows the channel, understands ERP value propositions, and can confidently engage C‑suite and operational stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive new business sales across D365 Business Central and related Microsoft solutions
* Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of opportunities
* Identify and target new clients across SMB and mid‑market sectors
* Lead discovery conversations and understand client pain points and requirements
* Work closely with pre‑sales, functional consultants, and delivery teams to shape winning proposals
* Present demos, solution overviews, and commercial proposals
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signature
* Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM updates
* Represent the business at events, webinars, and partner activities
* Build long‑term relationships within the Microsoft channel and partner ecosystem
Skills & Experience
* Proven track record in ERP or SaaS sales (D365 BC, NAV, CE, or similar)
* Strong understanding of the Microsoft Partner landscape
* Ability to articulate business value, ROI, and solution benefits
* Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and decision‑makers
* Experience managing full sales cycles and hitting revenue targets
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
* Self‑driven, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
* Familiarity with D365 Business Central is highly desirable
