Professional Move Out Cleaners (Birmingham)

We are looking for experienced professional move-out cleaners to join our growing cleaning team.

The role involves completing detailed deep cleans in vacant rental properties to prepare them for new tenants.

Duties include:

• Deep cleaning empty flats and houses

• Cleaning kitchens, appliances, cupboards, and bathrooms

• Removing mould, limescale, dust, and dirt build-up

• Cleaning floors, windows, doors, and skirting boards

• Ensuring properties are ready for inspections and handovers

Work Schedule

• Flexible part-time work, with assignments typically lasting 4–8 hours

• Work is primarily available Monday to Friday, with regular weekend opportunities

• Jobs are offered as they become available in your area

• Please note that this is a part-time role and does not guarantee full-time hours

Pay & Benefits

• £15 per hour

• £18 payment per job for the use of your own equipment and cleaning supplies

• Paid travel time where applicable

• Client parking costs covered (except where only street parking is available)

• Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience

• Able to work independently

• Own transport and cleaning equipment essential

• Strong attention to detail

• Good English communication skills
