Site Manager Birmingham | UK-Wide Projects £38,000 - £50,000 + Package A leading construction and fit-out contractor is looking to appoint a Site Manager to support the delivery of commercial fit-out, refurbishment and minor building works projects across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team delivering high-quality projects across a variety of sectors including commercial, retail, healthcare and education. The Role You will take responsibility for the safe and successful delivery of projects from site set-up through to completion, managing subcontractors, maintaining quality standards and ensuring programmes are achieved. Key responsibilities include: Managing day-to-day site operations Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and CDM regulations Managing permits and temporary works where required Producing and monitoring short-term programmes Managing quality inspections, snagging and close-out procedures Liaising with clients, consultants and project stakeholders Supporting commercial and programme objectives About You Previous experience as a Site Manager Background in fit-out, refurbishment or commercial construction SMSTS qualified CSCS card holder Strong leadership and communication skills Full UK Driving Licence Willing to travel as projects require If you're looking to join a forward-thinking contractor offering genuine progression and varied project exposure, we'd love to hear from you
