£36,000-£45,000 DOE | Walsall | 4 days in the office 1 day from home
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing ecommerce business and take ownership of its affiliate marketing and partnerships activity.
Working closely with the Head of Ecommerce, you'll play a key role in growing affiliate revenue, developing strategic partnerships and maximising the performance of the affiliate channel.
The Role

Take ownership of the day-to-day affiliate programme, managing recruitment, retention and partner promotions.
Build and develop relationships with existing and new affiliate partners.
Identify new commercial opportunities to drive affiliate revenue and brand awareness.
Monitor campaign performance, analysing data to identify opportunities for growth.
Recommend commission and budget adjustments to maximise ROI.
Research competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
Coordinate seasonal campaigns, promotional activity and exclusive partner offers.
Manage and optimise the affiliate network platform, ideally AWIN.
About You

At least 3 years' experience within affiliate marketing.
Experience managing affiliate networks, ideally AWIN.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Commercially minded with excellent analytical abilities.
Experience managing multiple campaigns and partnerships.
Proactive, organised and confident working autonomously.
