Press Brake Setter/Operator Location: Leicestershire Pay Rate: Up to £15.50 per hour Hours: Day Shift (Early Finish on Fridays) Contract: Temp to Perm Industry: Fabrication A well‑established fabrication company in Leicestershire is seeking an experienced Press Brake Setter/Operator to join their growing production team. This is a temp‑to‑perm opportunity operating Amada press brakes. Key Responsibilities * Setting and operating Amada press brake machines * Reading and interpreting engineering drawings * Selecting correct tooling and carrying out machine adjustments * Producing high‑quality sheet metal components to specification * Conducting quality checks and maintaining production accuracy * Working efficiently to meet daily production targets * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Skills & Experience Required * Proven experience as a Press Brake Setter/Operator * Ability to read technical drawings confidently * Good understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality What’s on Offer * Pay up to £15.50 per hour * Day shift with an early finish every Friday * Temp‑to‑perm opportunity with long‑term career potential For more information apply here and one of our team will be in contact.
