The Company
Our client is a highly respected international construction contractor with over 100 years of industry experience delivering high-quality projects across the UK, Ireland, and Europe. The business has built an outstanding reputation for delivering complex construction schemes across residential, commercial, healthcare, hospitality, education, fit-out, and mixed-use sectors.
Due to continued expansion and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now seeking an experienced RC Frame Package Manager to join the team on a major scheme in East London.
The Role
The successful candidate will take responsibility for the delivery and coordination of the RC Frame package on a large-scale construction development in East London. Working closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, engineers, and site teams, you will ensure the package is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading contractor delivering complex and prestigious projects across London.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the full RC Frame package from pre-construction through to completion
* Coordinating subcontractors, engineers, and site teams
* Monitoring programme performance and driving progress on site
* Ensuring all works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
* Managing health & safety compliance across the package
* Chairing coordination and progress meetings
* Resolving technical and construction challenges on site
* Monitoring labour, materials, and productivity
* Reporting progress and commercial impacts to senior management
* Ensuring works are completed in line with project deadlines
Requirements
* Proven experience managing RC Frame packages on large-scale construction projects
* Strong background working with main contractors or specialist concrete frame subcontractors
* Excellent knowledge of reinforced concrete construction methodologies
* Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and workstreams
* Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and site procedures
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work within fast-paced project environments
* Relevant construction qualification preferred
