Social Worker – Children in Care
Location: Kettering (Hybrid – William Knibb)

Pay Rate: £36.00 per hour
Contract Type: Locum
We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Children in Care team in Kettering. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role focused on achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.
About the Role
You will work with looked after children, managing a busy caseload and collaborating closely with the Leaving Care Service and external partners. The role requires confidence in working within a demanding environment while maintaining high standards of care and support.
Requirements
* Proven experience working with looked after children
* Background in LAC, court teams, safeguarding, or similar
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
* Social Work England registration
