Salter Grange is partnering with a leading main contractor, delivering a complex data centre scheme based in West London, who are on the search for an experienced Project Director.

The Role

• Lead the project team to deliver the scheme on time, on budget and to the highest quality; owning the programme, managing subcontractors, driving health & safety standards, and reporting into the Head of Construction
• Lead enabling works including full demolition of existing structures and retaining walls
• Direct ground remediation, re-levelling and major utility diversions / disconnections ahead of construction
• Manage design development from RIBA Stage 2 through Stage 4 in tandem with live construction activity
• Oversee delivery of hyperscale data centre facilities alongside associated office buildings and substations
• Set and enforce site wide health & safety protocols to protect both the workforce and surrounding community
• Act as the senior client and stakeholder point of contact throughout complex, multi-phase development

What You'll Need

• Main contractor or MEP principal contractor experience delivering £50m+ schemes
• Strong MEP delivery knowledge xwzovoh
• Working knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts
• Degree in Engineering, Building Science or related field
• CSCS Gold, SMSTS, First Aid at Work, RAMS (Working at Heights a plus)
