As a residential Property Maintenance Manager, you will coordinate maintenance across properties, balancing planned work with repairs and supporting safe, reliable building operations. You will organise projects, guide maintenance staff and use technical information to help prioritise work.

Your Impact: Well-coordinated maintenance helps occupants and colleagues rely on properties that are safe and operational.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee maintenance activities, setting priorities and tracking work through to completion.
• Manage projects, resources and contractors, coordinating tasks and communicating progress to relevant colleagues.
• Provide clear direction and support consistent, careful working practices.
• Review schematics and, where relevant, programmable logic controllers to inform fault-finding and maintenance decisions.

About You

Required:

• You bring practical maintenance and mechanical knowledge.
• Have leadership and management capability.
• Have the communication skills to supervise work and coordinate projects.
• You can communicate effectively in English.

Preferred:

• Residential Maintenance experience.
• Previous supervising experience will help you assess issues, guide teams and coordinate maintenance projects confidently.
• Driving license and own vehicle.
