HVAC Estimator

ROLE: Estimator (HVAC/Mechanical Bias) SALARY: Up to £42,000 DOE LOCATION: Birmingham (office based) Red Rock are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing M&E building services company, who are looking to expand their Service & Maintenance team with an experienced HVAC/Mechanical Estimator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful business with over 27 years of industry experience, working on commercial projects nationwide across the leisure, education, public, and commercial sectors. DUTIES: * Create and issue quotations for HVAC remedial works and projects up to £100k * Process client instructions and convert quotations into active jobs * Place orders with suppliers and subcontractors * Manage subcontractors and specialist contractors on larger projects * Liaise with clients, engineers, coordinators, and site teams daily * Create and issue Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for larger works * Support the smooth delivery and management of commercial HVAC works across the UK The right candidate will have previous experience estimating HVAC repairs and small mechanical projects, along with strong organisational and communication skills.
